I would give zero stars if I could. The fence hasn't even been installed for a couple of years and it already looks terrible. The posts are splitting, which I expected cedar to do some, but it is also rotting where it meets the ground. When I spoke to the owner, he asked me what my problem was. Cedar is supposed to be insect proof, at least that is what the company told us. We have several posts that needed to be treated for termites. The back of the fence was supposed to be put in with screws so that we can take a panel off if we needed too. Nope, installed with nails. Multiple nails.

The company will not communicate with you, they will tell you they were at your house while you were away, yet they won't leave a card. You never know if they were there or not. The section where the gate is rubs on our house, and the posts have MANY knotholes.

Terrible craftsmanship and worse customer service.
